These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website (getcowork.in), operated by Get Cowork. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Use of this website
- This website provides information about Get Cowork's coworking spaces and lets you send enquiries.
- You agree to provide accurate information when using the enquiry or contact forms.
- You agree not to misuse this website, including by sending spam, malicious content or automated bulk submissions.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form or contact form is a request for information. It does not create a booking, reservation or binding agreement of any kind. A seat, cabin or pass is only reserved once Get Cowork confirms it with you directly.
Pricing information
Prices on this website — dedicated coworking seats from ₹3,499/month and private cabins from ₹11,999/month — are starting prices. Day passes are ₹299/day and night passes ₹199/day. The final price for your workspace may vary by workspace type, location, duration and number of people, and is confirmed with you before you book.
Taxes: whether GST or other taxes apply, and the total amount payable, are confirmed with you in writing before you pay anything. You should never be asked to pay an amount you haven't seen in writing.
Payment and rental terms for seats and cabins
The following terms apply to dedicated coworking seats and private cabins:
- 2 months upfront: 2 months' rent collected upfront: 1 month's rent as advance plus 1 month's rent as security deposit.
- Deposit adjusted, not refunded: The security deposit is not refunded in cash; it is adjusted against rental dues. See our Refund Policy.
- 6-month minimum: The minimum rental period is 6 months.
- 1 month's notice: Cancellation requires one month's advance notice, given in writing by email.
- Damage liability: You are liable for any physical damage to the workspace during your tenancy, billed separately from the deposit.
The binding terms for your workspace are set out in your written rental agreement.
Day and night passes
Day passes are ₹299/day and night passes ₹199/day. Pass timings and other terms are confirmed with you before you book.
Other details
Applicable taxes, access timings and the payment process for your workspace are confirmed with you in writing before you book. If you need an answer before you enquire, email hello@getcowork.in.
Third-party links
Some pages link to other websites, such as Google Maps for directions. We don't control those websites and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Your personal data
How we handle the details you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Complaints and grievances
If something has gone wrong, email hello@getcowork.in with the subject "Grievance". We will acknowledge it and aim to resolve it within one month. Privacy concerns are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of availability
Information on this website does not guarantee the availability of any workspace type or location at the time of your enquiry.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Get Cowork and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is." While we aim to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this website's content without confirmation from our team.
