Payment terms for seats and cabins
- 2 months' rent collected upfront: 1 month's rent as advance plus 1 month's rent as security deposit.
- The security deposit is not refunded in cash; it is adjusted against rental dues.
- The minimum rental period is 6 months.
- Cancellation requires one month's advance notice, given in writing by email.
- You are liable for any physical damage to the workspace during your tenancy, billed separately from the deposit.

Prices shown are starting prices. Your final price depends on the workspace, location, duration and number of people, and our team confirms it with you before you book.
Day passes are ₹299/day and night passes ₹199/day. Pass timings are shared when you enquire.
Whether GST or other taxes apply, and the total payable, are confirmed with you in writing before you pay anything.
